Darth Malachi's Dual Sabers

In ancient times when the force was more powerful, for a short time Darth Malachi controlled the Sith order. But his longterm, defensive nature led him to be ousted quickly by more adventurous leaders.

He fought using an interesting combination of Form II Mixed with Tràkata and Form III mixed with Jar'Kai.
Unlike Form V which claims to be the combination of II and III Malachi's version relied on no brute strength what so ever. It was purely based on finesse, trickery, and speed. Once he perfected this form which he named 'Jiaasjen', or "Integrating the shadow",
(This had nothing to do with the theory of the same name.) he then created his masterpiece blades.

Velmorite, combined with a second dark green crystal combine to form the fine thin blades known to Velmorite swords, but with a green color. He was dissapointed he could not find the same effect with a true dark green, but he settled anyway.

This same crystal group was used to emit 4 blades, using similar technology as Exar Kun when making his first dual bladed saber.

The crossguard blades are meant for catching and hooking an opponant's blade, and the pommel blade for up close attacks with the pommel.

However the true reason for these extra blades, however useful they may be on their own, is that with Tràkata he had up to 8 blades flashing on and off at any one time. Any of which 'could' be within reach of his enemy, and of course with Form III those extra blades made an impenetrable wall even stronger.

The green button on top is the activation switch, the trigger underneath is to shut off all but the main blade. Anything else is done through the force itself.

And of course, the knuckle guard is made of ancient sith cortosis weaves.

Blades are from StrintFire, and I used the idea of the mags for the guard from his as well.

Form II - Finesse based, similar to fencing or using a Rapier
Form III - Most Defensible, has almost no offensive moved unless the opponent trips up.
Jar'Kai - Dual Wielding
Trakata - The art of turning your blade on and off quickly during a fight. (Used mostly with the smaller blades here)
